I nostri tessuti

Grazie alle più moderne tecnologie ed a un team altamente professionale Roccafranca S.p.A. è in grado di offrire tessuti di ottima qualità. Come spesso accade i tessuti vengono realizzati seguendo le richieste del cliente. Materiali, pesi, altezze e colori vengono puntualmente riprodotti creando così un tessuto "ad hoc".

Tutti i tessuti prodotti da Roccafranca S.p.A., su richiesta, possono subire trattamenti particolari quali virucida, antibatterico, idrofilo ed idrorepellente. Sempre su richiesta è possibile utilizzare filati bio.

Tutti i nostri tessuti vengono sottoposti a numerosi test di laboratorio:
solidità al lavaggio, al sudore basico ed acido, all’acqua severa, alla luce, allo sfregamento a secco e ad umido, pilling test.
Sulle pezze finite vengono poi effettuati controlli di stabilità dimensionale all’acqua ed al vapore. In ultimo viene effettuato un controllo visivo in arrotolatura per garantire la qualità del prodotto.

I nostri tessuti sono certificabili OEKO TEX Standard 100, GOTS e Global Recycled Standard.

Our fabrics

Thanks to the most modern technologies and a highly professional team Roccafranca S.p.A. is able to offer excellent quality fabrics. As often happens, fabrics are made following the customer's requests. Materials, weights, heights and colors are punctually reproduced thus creating an "ad hoc" fabric.

All fabrics produced by Roccafranca S.p.A., on request, can undergo special treatments such as virucidal, antibacterial, hydrophilic and water-repellent. It is also possible, on request, to use organic yarns.

Our fabrics are subjected to numerous laboratory tests:
fastness to washing, to basic and acid sweat, to severe water, to light, to dry and wet rubbing, pilling test.
On the finished pieces, water and steam dimensional stability checks are then carried out. Lastly, a visual check on rolling is carried out to guarantee the quality of the product.

The fabrics are OEKO TEX Standard 100, GOTS and Global Recycled Standard certifiable.
